Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

1.     Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2.     Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

3.     Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

1.     Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Return Process

1.     Request a Return: Contact our customer service at urbanchicdenim@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2.     Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.     Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the package to: Urban Chic Denim 2025 Merced Ave, S.El Monte, CA 91733. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

1.     Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.     Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

1.     Availability: Items can be exchanged for a different size or color if available.
